Triple-B

Bonairean Belgian Beer

Creating spirits was one thing.
Creating a Bonairean beer? That was a completely different adventure.

For years, Eric Gietman had dreamed about developing a beer that truly represented Bonaire: easygoing, flavorful, sunny, and just a little rebellious. But while Eric had spent years experimenting with rum and liqueurs, beer brewing was still largely unexplored territory for him.

Then one day, Belgian master brewer Wim walked into The Cadushy Distillery. The conversation quickly turned into a bold idea: “What if we created Bonaire’s own Belgian-style beer?” And so the experiments began. For nearly a year, recipes were tested, adjusted, rejected, and rebuilt from scratch. Some batches were too heavy, others too bitter, others simply disappeared suspiciously fast during “quality control.” Slowly, the perfect balance emerged: Belgian brewing craftsmanship blended with Caribbean smoothness and island character.

That creation became Triple B — Bonairean Belgian Beer.

A beer born from friendship, experimentation, and many long evenings of “important tasting sessions” under the Caribbean sun.
